We understand that travel plans may change. To ensure fairness for both our guests and our property, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:
Guests may cancel their booking up to 3 days before check-in to be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations made 1–2 days before check-in are not eligible for any refund.
If a cancellation is made 3 days or more before check-in, the guest will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
The remaining 50% is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee.
If the guest does not check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
