1. The Management reserves the rights to change the pricing structure listed in room rates prior to the booking confirmation. All prices quoted upon booking confirmation is final.

2. Upon checking-in, guests are required to settle the full payment for the stay & pay an upfront security deposit. Upon check-out, the management will check for damages / loss during your stay. If all is in order, the security deposit will be fully refunded.

3. Payment Method : -via interbank transfer / cash in full + Security Deposit

4. Check-in time : 2pm; Check-out time : 12noon.

5. Cancellation / Amendment on Confirmed Reservations must be made 7 days before the check-in date but subject to availability and additional charges. Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in will be refunded. Each Confirmed Reservation may only be amended once after which the full deposit will be forfeited.

6. DAMAGE : Kindly use with care the homestay. Without prejudice we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge to your account any damage incurred to the Homestay during your stay or for any items that are missing upon check out.

7. GUEST BEHAVIOUR: Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Homestay, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other residents, or cause offense to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Homestay if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

8. Guest are advised to switch off all light and air-conditioner when leaving the homestay. Avoid wastage.

9. The following are NOT ALLOWED on the homestay premises : Smoking (indoors), Alcohol & Pets.

10. Do not bring non-Halal food inside the homestay.

11. Homestay guests are not allowed to use the kitchen to cook non-Halal food.

12. Lost Door Key is subject to a penalty of RM 100.00.
